From hire to retire, the system puts HRM and HRD in control of all essential functions related to the management of employee information, recruitment, deployment and performance.

It puts shore-based administration in direct contact with personnel wherever they maybe – onboard, offshore or at home, and provides everyone with secure, online access to their own data, helping to drive employee engagement.

It is comprised of four main systems that share a common databank to provide a single point of entry for all personnel information.

The systems maybe used independently or together in any combination.

Workforce Management System 5 (WMS5) provides a means to manage recruitment, crew information, data transfer and reports, as well as crew deployment. It also has the means to monitor and record crew rest hours (in compliance with ILO N. 180).
